University of Windsor Film Festival

Annual festival from the University of Windsor
Now in it's third year the UWFF strives to bring the best of local and international short films to the Windsor community. Produced by the Faculty of Communication Studies.

The UWFF website was created to help promote and maintain information regarding the festival and it's history. The site has sections pertaining to Each years festival, each film in each festival and each director of each film. The site also allows users to register to comment and post on forums as well as register for newsletters to receive up to date information. As the primary developer of this website I was responsible for all aspects of its development

Inoke Errati

Inoke Errati

Local band from Windsor, Ontario
The power-pop trio that is Inoke Errati, emerged from the Southwestern Ontario music scene in the late days of 2003. The band revolves around a common love for music that is not only well written, but also well performed.

The band wanted a website modeled after their MySpace page. Containing all the relevant information available on the main page, but also allow their fan base to access a greater degree of content, purchase items, and deliver a more professional space in addition to their social networking pages. As the primary developer of this website I was responsible for all aspects of its development

HRW China 2008 Olympic Website
Human Rights Watch is dedicated to protecting the human rights of people around the world. HRW is an independent, nongovernmental organization, supported by contributions from private individuals and foundations worldwide.

Human Rights Watch wanted their China 2008 Olympic website built on the Drupal open source platform. They wanted the flexibility of a simple content workflow, while allowing for complex content types including massive multi-page report documents. As the contracted developer I was responsible for Architecting and theming the website based on specifications and designs provided.

  • Printer Friendly and Email page forwarding for specific content

  • User level security and access for Admin, editors and special users

Wii like to podcast

A video podcast dedicated to the Nintendo Wii
Wii like to Podcast is a bi-weekly video podcast dedicated to Nintendo's new next generation gaming console. We keep you up to date with the latest news, information and guides to help you get the most out of your Wii experience.

Wii like to podcast needed a means of allowing for the distribution of large amounts of video content by ways of iTunes compliant RSS feeds generated by specially created podcast content types. These content types also allow for streaming flash video. As the primary developer of this website I was responsible for all aspects of its development.

Digital and Film Guild
Studio 5 is a Digital and Film Guild started by Sung Min Bae at the University of Windsor as part of the Faculty of Comm Studies to promote digital media and film to students and the community.

The Studio 5 website is an information and interactive portal system. The site allows for users to create events, post in forums and access information included watching student short films, articles and resources aimed at helping young media professionals. As the primary developer of this website I was responsible for all aspects of its development

A family centered early intervention program
Children First provides services to families with children birth to six years of age who have special needs. These needs may include developmental and mental health challenges, which may be multiple and complex.

Children First required an internet and intranet solution. Externally as a website providing basic information, video, directions, links and event listings. Internally as a staff portal providing access to web resources, discussion forum, information tutorials, and special committee pages. As the primary developer of this website I was responsible for all aspects of its development
